Our DJs stay on top of multiple genres of music and are all skilled in delivering a high-energy, upbeat experience for any type of event.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

You sit down with one of our DJ’s and discuss what your vision is for your event. We cover all facets, sound, lighting, possible AV, and more. A quote will be provided at the end of the consultation.

We hold dates for up to 1 week. We are available for questions and to walk you through anything discussed in our initial consultation. We know that planning an event is a lot of work and we are here to help!

You’ve decided that MAC Events is the perfect vendor for your event! You’ll reach out and let us know you would like to move forward. We will email you a contract for you to review which can be E-signed at your convenience.

You will be given access to a Client Portal to help with Song Selections. This will also include resources for planning your event and providing us information on how you would like your event to flow.

10-14 days before your event, you will receive an email to schedule your final planning meeting. This meeting is used to cover all of the information from your planning portal and to walk through your event one step at a time from beginning to end!

We’ll arrive early to set up all necessary equipment for your event. We’ll walk through the venue to ensure that DJ booths are in the optimal location for guests, and near an outlet to prevent clutter with cords and wires.

Private Event | Starts at $650
No event is the same! Our private events package is all tailored to your unique event, preferred guest experience, and timeline.
ADD-ON PRICING
Intelligent Dance Floor Lighting | $250
Our most popular lighting upgrade! Our intelligent dance floor lighting includes a multi-colored programmed light show.
Photo Booth | $550 (Social Sharing Only) +$250 for Prints
Give your guests photos to take home! Photo Booths come with props and an attendant so your guests can enjoy the photos without operating the booth. Single, photo layouts, GIFs, and Boomerangs are all options with our Photo Booth technology.
* Print Option also comes with a Scrapbook for guests to leave photos and a message!
AV Needs | Starts at $200
We have extra equipment readily available to fit the needs of your event. This often includes:

We only use top-of-the-line, brand-name equipment. We bring our own DJ Booths, lighting, and other enhancements to fit your vision for your event. We also offer a photo booth, uplighting, and projectors to make your event truly unique.

We have a network of DJs who can be contacted if needed. All money previously paid will go to the hiring of a new DJ if for some reason the previous DJ was unable to attend your event. However, in over 20 years, something like this has never happened. If an event is delayed due to COVID restrictions, any money paid on top of the retainer fee will be refunded. The retainer fee is used in order to hold another date with Mac Events.

We do not include gratuity in the final contract price, however, we recommend that you tip at least 10-20% if you feel your DJ did an outstanding job. Each DJ is equipped with a card “swiper” and can accept tips or additional payments during or after the event.
